I took my car to this shop just for a regular oil change. Afterward, I noticed excessive leaking, leaving puddles wherever I parked. When I confronted the store about the issue, the manager claimed they weren't responsible. To confirm, I took it to another mechanic who confirmed that the company who did the oil change had messed up my car. Not only are oils leaking, but my drain plug is also damaged and leaking in that area. I would not recommend anyone to come here! They will damage your car and refuse to fix it

The manager from Take 5 came to my home to take pictures of my car and stated that someone from the claims department or the district manager would give me a call about the matter. I called Take 5 on Monday, February 19th, and *****, the manager, answered the phone. He stated that if nobody had called me, it meant that my claim was denied. This is unprofessional. I lost money by going into work late for a claim which they never submitted to their third party. Then, they lied and stated that's the reason why they needed to come out to take pictures, all because they're trying to cover themselves for not repairing the damage they caused to my car. I've been renting a car for three weeks now and I've been reaching out to Take 5 so I can have transportation back and forth to work. The district manager refuses to pick up his phone and solve the issue, and no one from the claims department has reached out. I also contacted the owner of the Take 5 company, ************************, who keeps telling the accountant that the claim was denied. No documents were given to me from the claims department to show why they declined the claim. I'm very upset.

On 10/7/22 I visited the ********, ** store #**** to get an oil change and to use my 50% off coupon. They completed the service and my cars check engine light kept coming on along with the oil light. I have had to get several top offs since this visit. One of the top offs was done at the ***********, ** location. They charged me for the top off claiming it had been over the mileage/time frame since my last oil change and I would have to pay for it. I went today to the other ********, ** location to just get the oil changed again because my car had another check engine light along with the oil light. I asked them when did it show my last oil change was and they stated it was over 3 months ago which is not correct. I strongly believe that they did not put my oil change in the system from store #**** and kept the money from it. Plus I have a feeling they did not actually change the oil due to my car having issues it didn't have before along with needing a lot of top offs. It was done a lot faster than usual. I still have the bill from them. I was also wrongly charged for a top off from the summerfield store when I had just had the oil changed that month. The *** #*****************. It has been very frustrating having my car have constant issues since that one visit at store **** and needing frequent top offs wondering if my car is going to quit on me. Plus the other stores have no record of this visit. I have the receipt still if you need any info off of it.
