    Very poor. called a week before to ask how much he would charge to replace a motor mount on my ***** CRV. ***, the ** said they don't do estimates on the phone. He told me to bring the car in. Nothing was mentioned about a fee. I made the appointment and took the car in. Still nothing was mentioned about a fee. I specifically said, "how much to repair a motor mount?". He took my keys and car and one hour later came back with a list of repair and a estimate list for $2,050.32. I did not ask for an evaluation of what might be wrong. I asked for one specific price. the he gave me a bill of $184.28 for the estimate.. At no point had a fee been discussed. At no point did he give me an estimate contract to be signed. Buyer beware.     I have always dealt with Automaster. They are awesome. Hesham the technician is a foreign and convertible cars wizard. Costs me a fraction of what I would pay the dealer for the same quality. I strongly recommend the place.

    Took my car to be repaired. They sold me $168 used tire that they said was new. They messed up my transmission by replacing the transmission line with the wrong part. I had to have my car towed to a shop because the tire they replaced popped. The transmission line was leaking. They have caused me a lot of money I didn't have and cause a lot of issues to my car
