    We purchase the Bird Cage Awning 3 years ago. The hurricane ripped the awning and made a hole in it. I called and **** came out on 10/16 and said he will be out to repair at no cost since it was under warranty. We said we were going on vacation and he said that we didn't have to be home because he could do it without us home. We came back and called the office on November 2, the young lady said the **** will call us. My husband then called again on 11/6 and repeated the conversation with her again and she said **** will call us. Called again on 11/11 still waiting for a date. We are having company and would like to have it fixed before 12/10.

    I thought they fixed the awning, instead now they are charging me $350.00 and still didn't reline the awning.  So I am still not satisfied.

    Anyone know how to get in touch with ******, the owner of Sunshade Awnings? Ive requested a call back from their office over 10 times to get problems resolved on my birdcage canvas cover, however no call back. Very disappointed with the quality and follow up.

    Sunshine put a canvas top on my screen room. I had a leak. They came out twice and caulked it and said there was nothing else to do that it wasn't waterproof and I should try calling the screen people. I called the screen guys and they checked it out by getting a ladder and looking at the top of the canvas. They took pictures of it for me it's a mess. There is a rip and some of the seams are open and some of the corners aren't tacked down. I got a letter from the screen guys about what they saw. It leaks pretty bad in one particular spot that they claimed they caulked it the best they could. I have called repeatedly and Samantha (manager) isn't very pleasant to me. The last conversation I had when they called me back over 24 hours later that they were sending a message to the owner. I haven't heard anything from him, Mr. Russe S******. I have pictures of what it looks like. I also want to say when Cody S****** came out to give an estimate and I gave him a deposit he told me it would take about 5 weeks. The next day one of their workers came out and measured the top and Samantha called that afternoon to apologize for him coming out by accident, but the canvas top would be ready to install. This has been nothing but aggravation. I would really like to get this resolved.

    I’m so sorry for your frustration that you have with our company and we will definitely try our hardest to get this taken care of 

    To address the issues that you have going on, on the quote that you signed to have your work completed, it specifically says that our covers are not 100% waterproof, they are water resistant. Secondly, we have answered the phone or returned your call in a timely manner and have been out to your house to assess the issues and re silicone your cover every time that you have called. Lastly, our time frame that we give is an approximate and it can be installed anytime within that time frame. It was a mistake that they came out and measured your job instead of one that we had previously but I called you and told you our mistake and you said that was great news and you wanted your cover even sooner so you were perfectly fine with our mistake. 

    We will give you a call directly to get out there again to re silicone the leaks that you have

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Their response is to come out and re silicone the leak again for the 3rd time.  It didn't work the first 2 times why would they think it's going to work now.  They are supposed to call me.
