    8-10-23 purchased golf cart batteries and a watering system. Spent *******. Battteries were approximately *******. 8-18-24, Sunday, batteries would not register a charge. Called the company multiple times and left messages. Finally spoke to ******. He came to the house to check the batteries on Wednesday 8-21-24. We were not home when he arrived but had left the door open to the garage for his entry. We arrived approximately 30 minutes after he entered. He was not here, no note, no explanation. He wiped off the water on the top of the batteries, and plugged in the charger. I called his cell number, voicemail was full, could not leave a message. Left multiple messages at the store, explaining we did not know what was done, but the batteries were still not charging and were getting hot, water all over the top of the batteries again. No return call from the company, left multiple messages, called and finally got a live person, ******. ****** said he can come and pick up the cart on Friday 8-23-24. My husband went to the store in ******** on Friday 8-23-24 to find out what they are going to do when they get the cart and what did they do when they were here. No-one could tell us what was done on 8-21-24. The worker - a part-time employee told us there was only a 1 year warranty on the batteries, when they pick up the cart, it will be our responsibility for any repairs as there is no warranty. He asked, so one year and 2 weeks over $1000 spent, and you are telling me there is no prorating, or anything, thats it. He said yes, that's correct. No warrany.

    We finally were able speak with the owner.  He confirmed our batteries are covered under warranty not 1 year as we were being told by his staff.  They picked up the cart, checked the batteries, charged and returned the cart in working order.

    Please remove this complaint and mark as settled.
