      I had signed up to go on a a 4 day 3 night Bahamas Family Reunion Cruise sharing a room w/my Sister in Law that resides in Tavares, Fl.

      After making my down pymt which was $25 but l paid $35 the trip cost $374 (2 people) occupancy Final payment due July 15, 2023. I paid $100 in April, well in May l contacted Tara W******* the Owner of this Company, Swapp LLC, and informed her l would not be able to take the trip I am having Major surgery and l will not be healed until God’s will early November 2023 and if she had a Cancellation Form for me to fill out and minus my deposit and to return my remaining balance.
      Well she told me l can’t get my money back that ******** do not return money and it is my responsibility to find a replacement. I contacted ******** Cruise Line that informed me they do not have anything to do with this is between me and the Travel Company because l did not book my reservation with the ******** and that Tara M. W******* Company is a third party vendor. Tara will not return calls or respond to my texts. Then June 1st she deducted another $100 from my account Total: $235.00 but she has not honored my Cancellation nor will she return my balance minus the Cancellation fee if she has one etc.

      In the bogus flyer she put out or distributes it says it has a Cancellation policy before the Final Payment. I have been trying to get this resolved for over a month.

      I tried contacting Tara W******* numerous times and she is still debting my bank card June 1, 2023 Tara took or debited another $100.00 out of my checking acct., l am requesting the remainder of my money back minus the cancellation fee if she have one, and this service or business is deemed not highly favored.

      I look forward to this being resolved with quick resolution. Iit states the Cancellation verbiage on the flyer unless it’s just bogus.
