    Legacy Flooring are the ****** flooring contractors and this complaint is about both companies. We had carpet, luxury vinyl planking and tile installed. The ************ is fine, The tile installation was horrendous. The tile was to be installed in two bathrooms and the kitchen. They did send out managers to look at it and they decided to redo the kitchen which now has been done by a different contractor and who did an excellent job. The problem now is, it is really obvious to see how bad the bathrooms are and neither Legacy nor ****** are prepared to pay any more to resolve the issue. It is really easy to cut your feet and trip and is a safety issue for us, being seniors. We would like them to redo both bathrooms and then we would be pleased to leave a positive review.
