We purchased a glassed in lanai from fullview and it was installed in the middle of March. Two months later we are still having having issues with the lanai. most currently it is leaking in six different locations. The leak has spread across the floor causing damage to recently purchased Carpet. Five days ago we called to inform full view of the most latest problem and we have yet to hear from them. For the past two months we have been working with an ill fitting door. We have called four times about the door. In addition, when we went to order our blinds, we were told what we wanted was not an option due to the poor framing insulation making the glass wider on top then it is on bottom.

Homeowner complaint in regard to the door, we previously already addressed that issue with her husband. A new door was ordered.

In regard to the leak complaint, this was the homeowners first leak. Leaks are covered under our warranty. All leaks were addressed, resolved, and homeowner is satisfied.

Very unhappy. Our enclosure is not well done at all. Door doesn't fit, it's crooked and doesn't seal completely. Frame is scratched, hardware is wrong and just rigged to repair.Job was left dirty. Windows left smeared and areas of caulking stuck on frame and glass. After numerous calls and texts, all visits to repair or replace bad parts we are told, " Oh yes, I see, but that's not my job, that's for another department/person/ manufacturer/window cleaner item to handle.Brand new work we spent thousands of dollars for and it's a sloppy mess.Buyer *************** ********** Village of ************ The Villages
