    On 7/29/23 I ordered pizza from this location for a customer pickup consisting of two orders: order # ********** for @45.11 and order # ********** for $9.63. Upon arriving at the location, I observed a small handwritten note taped to the door stating the store was temporarily closed due to a fire, and to order from a different location on the other side of town. I had already ordered and paid on-line from this location and the order was accepted. I then left and picked our supper up at a fast food store close by before going home. Later that night I left a 'customer care feedback' form for customer service on their main website detailing all information. As this was on a weekend I waited several days and then called them sometime during the first week of August @(************) I spoke to a young lady who said that yes they had received the customer feedback form and had sent me an email regarding same, and that the problem would be taken care of....I replied to her then that no email had in fact been sent. She assured me the problem would be handled promptly, another email would be sent, and thanked me for the call. A week or so later after not hearing anything from them, I again filled out a 'customer care feedback form'. Several days later I again called customer service (************) and inquired as to what was happening regarding my refund...a young man assured me that they had indeed received the information and that he would notify upper management to resolve this problem. Note the local website for 'PapaJohns' now stated in red lettering that the store was temporarily closed - and not to order from there (a step in the right direction)
    Today is now 8/17/2023 and I still have not received an email or phone call acknowledging my problem nor a refund of my monies.

    Papa Johns is now open again at my location. I spoke to the manager and he is currently taking care of this problem. So the final resolution is customer has been taken care of, and all parties are happy and satisfied with this resolution.
