    The company has unethical and shady business practices the company went and cashed a check from the customer fraudulently and when they were it was reported to them they show little concern about it they became unreachable when they mix up which they cause wound up at their expense due to the bank's procedures they became angry and retaliative customer parted ways with them and begin to contract with other screen companies which they then began because the of similar or associative work crews began to relay false information to those other screen repair companies... The company cost customer $280 dollars which they tried to claim that they were shorted... Customer needs the company to also stop interfering with other screen repair work crews...

    these guys lie through their teeth. On Monday the 19th 2022 when Chad D****** came and, took measurements just before he left Chad specifically told me that he would have two different quotes sent to me via e-mail because he verified my e-mail address prior to leaving. By the afternoon I called the office and, they told me he does not do that because he had other appointments, and that he would have it to me by Tuesday morning. I then called again, and the office once more told me that Chad would not have it to me then but on Wednesday after some meeting. I will not be using your service because I don't deal with liars. I f you tell someone that you're going to do something then do it. The office couldn't even keep their story straight. One minute you told me Monday by end of business I would get my quote then you tell me I would get it Tuesday morning then you changed your story and told me know I won't get it till Wednesday so with that you guys lie I will not be using your service anytime soon. I had called their office on speaker, and my roommate heard what they said so they can't come back and say they done lie....

    Customer is referring to a free estimate to do work. Our estimator (Chad) went to site and told customer he would email estimate. Chad had to go over the job with the owner/contractor of Quality Screen & Aluminum on Wednesday at their weekly sales meeting. Estimate was sent on Thursday. Consumer has called and been rude to office staff and will not be a customer of Quality Screen and Aluminum, Inc.

    the excuse is BS, the office person lied and so did CHAD, he also gave a monumental, overpriced quote. The quote he sent 3 days late was so overpriced I made some inquiries on what the coast would really be, it would be just a hair over 600.00 just to do the front porch. CHAD also said he would add in a military discount which was never added. I don't trust people who gouge quotes for a higher dollar amount just to rip customers off. DON'T DO ANY BUSINESS with these crooks. they don't do what they say they will do.. They say I was rude to them that's not true also al lie. I was on speaker phone and roommate heard everything, if anyone was rude it was them not me. Yes, I had a right to be upset because they did not deliver what they said they would deliver it was not on the day they told me. If they don't like people's attitude, then they need to STOP LYING DO WHAT THEY PROMISSED THEY WILL DO. they CUNDUTED themselves in an unethical business practice. Thier whole answer is one total LIE
