    I called not have work done my Gator. I explained to the person that I had a 626 Gator and needed to have the secondary clutch (which I had already purchased) installed. I explained that the transaxle needed to be pulled. She told me to wait and she'd talk with a technician about whether they would do it. She came back on the phone and said that they don't have to pull the transaxle but can do it another way. I told her I'd drop off the machine on Monday November 14 which I did. They took my information and said they'd call me. When they called they said
    the price was $1135.00. told them that I couldn't do it now and would come get the gator on my day off on Thursday. When I went in to pick it up I was given a bill for @120.00. On the invoice they stated what I told the person that answered the phone when I first called. Labor was $110 for one hour to access it. There was also a tax of $6.73 on Labor when no parts were used which the internet is not chargeable in Florida.

    I feel ripped off and will not refer anyon e to this business but encourage them to find a more ethical business. I am very disappointed with them and their knowledge or lack thereof of the brand that they represent.
