      This used to be a trusted business but a recent incident has soured me on doing any future business with them. I live in a 55+ community with very large water oak trees. For months I submitted work orders for a tree located between my neighbor's and my properties (community property). The tree had a large hollow about 1/2 way up and although it looked healthy from the outside, this company should have been aware that water oak trees are suseptible for developing interior hollows which compromise the tree's structure and strength. According to a representative from Diversified, they had an arborist examine the tree (no arborist report on file with the city which is required). They claimed the tree healthy. On one beautiful July Sunday, with blue skies, puffy clouds and little if any breeze, this healthy tree cracked at the hollow and fell on my home! The community refused to pay for repairs; however, hired Diversified (on retainer) to remove the tree and *****. Diversified did not admit their failed diagnosis of the tree's condition and therefore I have to pay for repairs to my roof. This experience has left me jaded with this company.

      Without a doubt the best tree service we have used in the twenty years we have lived at at our current location. Diversified Tree Service came out and inspected a very large live oak that had lost a limb and was in need of pruning. Anthony explained what work needed to be done and quoted us a fair price. His workers were obviously highly trained and did an excellent job.
