      Contacted **************** for a Contractor to remove old concrete border & install a stack wall. Tree Life Services/Rob W******* showed up on 8/12...gave me a price of $5700 for project. I gave him a check for $2000 as a deposit. Since that date all he's done is remove concrete border. He always has an excuse as to why he didn't show up or call. Latest excuse is he can't find either the border rock or stone. I've already reported him to the Florida Attorney General Fraud Dept...and getting ready to file another complaint with the Seniors vs Crime website. Unfortunately, after the fact, I found other complaints against him. This guy is a scam artist!!
