      Mr Mobility sold me a lift chair that is defective. They badmouthed my husband and told him to get someone else to fix the chair. It's under warranty.

      I just received your complaint.. I checked our sales database and we don't have you listed as a customer. If the lift chair is a Pride or Golden, we do service those brands and we will help you with the problem. We would have to charge a service call if you want us to come out and look at the chair.
