    WE HIRED AIR DOCTOR OF SWFL TO PUT ANEW SYSTEM IN A RENTAL PROPERTY. *************************** CAME OUT AND APPARENTLY INSTALLED THE ***** WE PAID HIM THROUGH A PERSON THAT WORKS FOR US ******************************* WITH *****. WE WENT TO THE HOUSE AND FOUND THAT HE DID NOT REPLACE THE *** HANDLER INSIDE, AND HE PUT IN A CHINESE PIECE OF JUNK 1 TON CONDENSOR OUTSIDE, WHEN IT NEEDED A 3 TON. THE SYSTEM IMMEDIATELY BROKE AND THE COMPANY AND **** DISAPPEARED. WE HAVE TRIED TO GET THEM TO MAKE IT RIGHT AND THEY REFUSE. THE ***** ******* IS GOING AS FAR TO SAY THE HIS EMPLOYEE WASNT HIS EMPLOYEE AND HE STOLE HIS LOGO AND MADE UP A FAKE INVOICE. LAUGHABLE!

    Hello ****,

    We at Air Doctor of SWFL are sorry to hear that this has happened to you. But as we stated to you before when you reached out to me through my personal social media account, myself nor any of my employees at Air Doctor of SWFL, unfortunately every went anywhere near your residence and yesterday 6-12-24 when you reached out to me, was the first time I had heard anything about this situation and again it was a message, not a phone call from you. If you could like I asked in our private message provide this individuals information to us so we can deal with this issue on our end that would be greatly appreciated. Because as stated above, that "said person" that came out to service your home, as well as the individual you paid for services, is nor has ever been affiliated with Air Doctor of SWFL.

    Although, I know we are not in the wrong for anything that has happened to you, I still took the liberty to research on our end.

    A few things on this matter as I researched out records were:

    1- you or that address do not appear in our data base.

    2- I logged into our Lee county permit portal to check for any records, and there was never a permit pulled to do this job and we by law always have to pull permits on jobs we do.

    If you wish to continue to believe we are responsible we can also sit down with my accountant and she can show both past and present employees so you can be at ease that this individual you mention has never been employed with us. The accountant can also pull the bank statement if you provide a date of payment so that you can see that we never received any form of payment.

    Unfortunately by no means do I think this is a laughable matter, it is serious and it should be treated as such since someone is falsely working under my company name and can possibly destroy the lively hood of our employees.

    We ar again very sorry that this has happened to you, and by all means, we would love your business and to help with any mess that has been caused by whoever did this to you. But we cannot take responsibility for something that someone did, who has NO connection to this company. So if you would like for us at Air Doctor of SWFL to help you finish the job that you were taken advantage of with, we would be more than happy to send you an estimate for the job you need corrected and if you agree, once you have signed, we can pull the permit, collect 50% down to start and once we finish the job up to code we will collect the remaining 50%.
