    Called RT Cooling after our installing company failed to fix an issue with our new Trane 2 Stage AC. ******* gave us a fair quote and had the system repaired in a couple of days. Great company and fair and honest prices!

    RT cooling and heating are prompt, knowledgeable, professional, and honest. They will diagnose the problem and explain it you in a way to make sure you understand exactly what's going on! I will definitely be using them again, if needed and I highly recommend! A+ team!

    Reasonable, responsive, and very educational. Had an issue with my AC when I got home from work. RT cooling was at my service 25 mins after we called, And had us back up and running at 7pm on a Friday night. We were shown the issue, educated on what caused it, and were offered a few options to consider before moving forward. I was very pleased and felt they were very professional with how they helped us in a time in need also informing us through the whole process without a huge piece tag attached .10/10 would recommend again!

    Had an issue with my A/C unit and called ******* late at night, he came out the next day early in the morning ready to look at and diagnose the issue. He was quick, polite, and showed me what the issue was and how he was able to fix it without charging a high price like most companies. I recommend ******* to anyone that has issues because of how proficient and professional he was.
