    This corporation provides repair kits for correctional facility padded cells. Their prices are exorbitant for small quantities of materials. Their customer service predominantly unresponsive to customer requests or complaints and you must hound them to get anyone to engage you. I ordered a LARGE MAINTENANCE KIT Included: (2) quarts of our current top coat, (2) pints of Part A Epoxy Bonding Agent, (2) pints of ************ Bonding Agent and (1), 3 x 3 piece of Wall, Floor or Hard Padding, which cost $2,710.00, shipping included. I ordered these items 10/26/23 and they immediately charged my card before shipping anything. I received everything but the padding around 11/15/23. Today is 12/5/23 and I have not received the pad. I've emailed them numerous times but they don't respond. I've left messages and they didn't return my calls. I finally spoke to someone today and they said the pad shipped a week ago. I said I found another product and wanted to cancel they pad. They said we can't accept returns or give you a credit. It's against our policy. I tried arguing with them to no avail. This is a predator company. Save yourself trouble and money by not dealing with them.
