  Renier is a smooth talking liar. Like all the other complaints against him he comes in and promises you he will order materials and call you to let you know when he will complete the work. He originally installed my fence prior to Hurricane Ian with similar scheduling issues but always responded to my calls/texts. When I called him for the repairs in March 2023 he has avoided 99% of communication with me and basically stole my 50% deposit for the repairs.

  This company is a scam, we signed a contract with them on February 28, 2022 and the permit in the city for my fence was requested on April 21, 2022, to this day this permit has not been closed... in addition to the fact that the *********** that requested the service is not the one they represent, the permit was requested under Distint *************** Building Contractor contact person ***********************, my fence was agreed to be out of metal and the permit was obtained for a plastic or vinyl fence. Both my husband and I have been trying to contact them throughout this year even after the hurricane my fence was completely flat on the ground and they were not able to respond. In the month of January they requested an extension instead of fixing the permit problem and closing it and this extension expires on the 17th and we still have no response from them. The neighbors next door are also in the same situation with this company, even worse because they came and put the posts on them and they have not requested the permit in the city and they charged half the money as stipulated in the contract signed on May 1, 2022. I do not recommend this company to anyone because it is an ordeal what my family and others who have done the same to them are living through so much informality.

  No recomiendo hacer negocios con este compaa, es un irresponsable desde octubre 2022 pague mi cerco y me toco contratar a otra compaa para que lo terminar.

  Es una compaa con un dueo muy mal educado y sin principios , hice mi contrato con ellos el 6/19/2022 y nunca llamo para que mi casa pasara la inspeccin de la cerca, lo llame en mltiples ocasiones y lo unico que hacia era evitarme o cuando me respondia era para decirme que iba a llamar y nunca lo hacia y como ya a pasado bastante tiempo decid ir a la ciudad y ah me informaron que el nunca sac el permiso para mi cerca me cobro **** dolares y tengo una cerca que no esta permitida , espero lograr que no le pase esto a ms ******** y espero que esta compaa estafadora cierre pues ******** as no deberan tener ningn negocio puesto que no son confiables , no pierda su dinero con ellos va a pasar muy malos momentos mrame a mi ya llevo casi un ao y se que por su culpa mis problemas no han acabado
