    Hello, thanks for your help.I purchased a boat cover in 2021 from this company because it said it had a 5 year warranty, clearly listed in the main photo of the sale. I have been trying to get ahold of the company for months now. After the first email to the company, they blocked my email with no discussion. They will not answer their phone and the voicemail is completely full and do not return the "contact us" forms I have been sending from their website. Their business is "Active" on ****** and their website seems to be taking order. Why would they block my email and make it so they will not communicate with me to honor an item they still sell today with clearly marked warranty? All I would like is the warranty for the item or a refund. I don't think that is too much to ask. I will attached screenshots of the transaction and of my blocked email. Can you help me please?

    On July 5th 2024 I ordered a Bimini top for my boat for the price of $139.00 On the email I received for my order (order #****) , says it shipped out 1-3 days After waiting 10 days I tried to contact the company by phone, no answer and voicemail box is full and cannot take messages, I tried to email the email listed and I got an email saying cannot be delivered email remote server is misconfugured. I would like my top, or money returned to my account. I would be fine with just a tracking number to see where my package is
