I am rejecting this response because:

I understand you claim this has been in collection for an incredibly long time, so much so that the collections agency returned it to you. You're suggesting I need to pay the full $6662.08 for you to release this timeshare, plus two years of future maintenance fees, legal costs, and transfer fees. This proposition is bewildering.
Why would I consider giving away thousands of dollars just for you to take back what is already in your hands? This absurd demand doesn't sit well with me, and frankly, it shouldn't with you either.
Any other form of commitment, like a car or house, would have been repossessed or foreclosed on by now. However, this timeshare seems to be an exception, which makes me wonder, why are you still holding on to it?
I strongly urge you to revisit my case and reconsider your stance. A more reasonable solution needs to be put forth.

    Sincerely,

    ******* & ********* *****

Mr. ***** is in violation of his contract. He has been in collections for years and it's so long that the collection agency gave it back to us.  He owes maintenance fees from 2018 total of $6662.08. Until he pays that in full

he can not deed back to the resort and then its a cost of 2 years forward of maintenance fees plus lawyer fees and transfer fees.  This is the process for any owner who wants to deed back their time share.
