    When applying through ********** for them to deny me an opportunity for hire their response was " we will pass". Very unprofessional, if they talk to potential employees like that I could only imagine how they treat customers.

    Eurex will happily take your money for a new install. Unfortunately, it’s a different story if you need service on their shutters. I had a few stuck in the down position after the last storm. When I called, they told me it would be 3 weeks to get a service call. I scheduled the call at the time. On the date of my service call, no one showed. So, I called and rescheduled for another couple weeks out. Keep in mind, the shutter over my front door is stuck down covering my front door this whole time. Eurex did not show up again for my second appointment. I called to ask about the missed appointment and to try and get someone to come out and help me. Bertha in the Eurex office was rude. She put me on hold for over 20 minutes before declaring that she didn’t schedule technicians and hung up on me. I’ve found another company to help with my shutter repairs moving forward. I would suggest doing business with a different company for your hurricane shutter needs.
