    Please do not use this water company. He installed the 3 valve ***** water system in March 2024. *** maintaining it, no warranty or any papers presented to me He says the builder pays for cheap one it fails to work properly. Water has been hard and sulfur smell persists. I informed him and the realtor ******* *****, past owner of this home. 1. Language barrier with them. They did not present a warranty on the system nor communicate to me who is in charge of maintaining the system. They enter my property without my VERBAL/ Written consent other than I a text "will be home all day.Friday , 8.23.24 . They assumed I will wait for them without prior call/ text/ appointment all day. YOU HAVE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AND I HAVE TO BE PRESENT TO SEE WHAT YOU ARE DOING. II TOLD HER THAT 100 TIMES. They changed the chemicals and disposed of the used chemicals in my back yard rather than usi disposing itl into trash. My both dogs play in the backyard by the fence and both got sick. One Saturday morning , the other one yesterday ended up in the *** ******* *****, blames me for "scaring her people away" for the things they do wrong, for trespassing and not informing me. THIS IS MY HOME! UNLESS I LET YOU IN YOU ARE TRESPASSING! THIS IS ***, not ****** NOR ****! LEARN TO DO BUSINESS PROPERLY, as per customers request BECAUSE YOU DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH IT'S NOT MY FAULT!.I I am not Discriminating but you have to use common sense people!. have collected almost 10 lbs myself from my backyard and taking this to court. I will like BBB to look into this

    I have spoken to the workers and informed them of this incident and they should have not put the waste on the yard as it should have gone into the trash. The workers do speak only Spanish, but I do speak and write English as I am the company’s secretary and would gladly help talking. For the trespassing I was told you were informed by the realtor, that they were on there way and that they were there when you had left in your car. I would also like to say we do not and never have offered maintenance to our systems as we just install them. There is a one year warranty on all the equipment we install as we do have the invoice and would gladly send you the invoice. I see that you’re upset about the lack of communication and would like to resolve it on our end. I will say that I do not appreciate the comment about this being Mexico or Cuba as I will not tolerate discrimination as this country is based upon freedom of any language. And we do understand about trespassing as we always contact the person that contacted us telling them the date or roughly what time as we do have other jobs and go from job to job.
