On Nov 25th I went to the car wash and asked for the membership. I was charged. I came a couple days after and they said I didn't have the membership even though that's what I had ordered. I asked them to fix the issue and they claimed that "too many days past." I had just been there a couple days prior. They charged me again for the membership on December 2. Then I see another charge for the membership December 31st. So I'm being charged twice in one month for the same membership and they are saying they charged me for a single wash. Please correct this issue. If I am not reimbursed, I cannot continue doing business with you. I am owed no less than $48.14 for the first charge, and please find out why you are charging me twice in one month for a membership. I was charged $69.54 December 2nd and 31st.Initial Complaint

I strongly recommend not coming to this car wash. They lie to you when you get the membership, they tell you one thing, then when you come to get it, they act like they don't know. They do a horrible job cleaning, I definitely will be getting my money back. A worker comes to your car, looks at me and goes to the next car and have someone else come help me, who didn't know what he was doingBusiness Response

The customer's complaint is vague. Our manager has tried to reach out to the customer at the phone number he provided. We would like to have more details on his complaint and see what we can do to correct the problem. If the customer would like, he can reach out to me directly at ************. I would be happy to see what we can do to help.

On October 30, 2022 went to this estsblihment and was recommened a service that they say they did, but it wasn't tried to come to an agreement but they wouldn't even attempt to assist me. They recommended I get an transmission flush which I did trusting their word that I needed it . After a certain mileage it shouldn't have when done. That it would cause damage.Business Response

The consumer had her transmission serviced with our company on October 30, 2022. The consumer took her vehicle to the dealership on or about January 7, 2023. Our District Lube Director spoke with the dealership. The dealership confirmed the transmission fluid was full. *********** we performed is not related to the transmission failure.

Sparkling image car wash near the ******************* mall in ******* ******* broke the driver side inner door handle. First they said I lied. Now theyre saying its not their fault and that my car is old and if they find a part I can go back to the car wash or theyll fix it there but if I go to my license mechanic theyll only pay 50% maybe.Business Response
Date: 11/17/2022
The door handle was used in the manner it was intended to. The vehicle is 16 years old. The drivers handle is used multiple times on a daily basis by the owner.
Our employee attempted to open the door. The door handle was broken. Our Regional Manager offered as a gesture of customer service to replace and install the door handle for her. She refused and stated she was going to hire an attorney and bring her car to a mechanic. Unfortunately should she hire an attorney, all communication and our offer to complete the repair for her will stop.
We would like to help the customer by purchasing the handle and installing it, However we will not pay for a mechanic to repair this as it would be an extravagant cost for a issue we do not believe we are at fault for.
Should the customer wish to have us purchase and install the door handle, (it will take approximately 30 minutes) she can reach out to me or our Regional Manager and we will begin the process.

I am rejecting this response because the handle was in perfect condition when we arrived. It is unreasonable to not allow a licensed mechanic with an impeccable reputation to do the work.
Sincerely,

We apologize she is unwilling to take our offer. Our offer still stands to the owner of the vehicle. She is welcome to contact us should she change her mind. Also, we do not have ***************************** listed as the registered owner of the 2006 Camry. The name and address on the BBB complaint is different than what we have in our records.
Customer Answer

Complaint: 18400153For the record, my mother technically owns the car but my daughter and I were using at the time your employee broke the door handle She is in her 70s and since she is not tech savvy along with the fact that she wasnt with us at the time of the incident is why I am using my name instead of hers.
And
I am rejecting this response because they broke the handle and we want a licensed mechanic to do the repair. You have to remove the entire inner door panel and considering your Blame the victim gaslighting response - I do NOT trust you or ************* employees to fix it.
I would like a refund for the cleaning considering they never cleaned the back seat and the emotional trauma you have put me through. *** spent my life dealing with men like you who believe that it is okay to try to make something you did and twist it to be someone elses fault.
What is wrong with you that you cannot take responsibility for the actions of your company and do the right thing?
Sincerely,
