In June of 2021 had a new pump and tank put in. Since having that work done it's been nothing but problems with my system. I had another company come out to fix what should have been done the first time. The vendor had to do a new pipe and wiring harness. Now the air tank is bad, and I need to replace it.

This is the first notice we have gotten that there were anymore issues regarding this property. We heard nothing about the tank being bad , most times you have to add air to the tank to get it working. The new contractor may be trying to get you. Since you hired a new company and had them work on your system , you have voided the warranty with us. Have a good day.

I am rejecting this response because:
He charge me nothing for the tank since it was under factory warranty. I was out there the whole time and saw all the old wire and the holes in the pipe. Just like when I had you out to fix the *** pipe that had a crack in it because of cold weather. The same pipe started leaking again when you guys couldnt make it out the same vendor (********** well and pump) came out and put a better quality of pipe on and I havent had a problem since. Why would I keep having you come out paying you every time when the quality of work it why we have problems. The pipe and wires should have been put in new when the pump was put in. If that would have been the case I wouldnt have to pay a second time for it to be done. Looking at your reviews it looks like Im not the only one to have this problem. I not looking for a complete refund but I should be reimbursed for the work that was just done

    Sincerely,
