    House fire and needed a contents pack-out company. I dont know if our horrible experience with ProPack is normal - but - please know this: The couple of rooms that had light smoke damage ended up with the contents getting destroyed by ProPack. Clothes were destroyed by the harshness of their cleaning process - looked like they had been washed with rocks, completely faded and worn thin. Stains now on clothes that had no stains when they left - AND - furniture delivered back with mold green and black mold on supposedly cleaned items. Other things with no damage were removed from storage boxes and damaged in the process - placing a couple of items in larger boxes so the delivery looked a lot larger than it was. We repacked everything ourselves and eliminated 2/3rds of the box waste. Some things are just gone, nowhere to be found now like 6 Nikon batteries and grandmas photos. Check out the images - this is what we paid over $25k for the professionals to restore and that is somehow worse.
