    I had a delivery issue with UPS. I spoke to someone at UPS regarding it who suggested I speak to the local store. I tried to discuss it with the manager, was met with “We have nothing to do with delivery issues,” turned his back and walked away. I was polite; he was rude and purposely so. This is unlike his employee, who gave me a number to call. The manager may be correct. It is hard to determine that when he walked away after less than a 10 second conversation. Bryan ****
