    Customer contracted and received the exact system she contracted. System has had zero issues except for our documented trip (before we were kicked out) to find the homeowner's boyfriend sabotaged her disconnect. System continues to run without issue and her complaint is that a month after installation she wanted a different system (for free) installed. The only lies and scams, unfortunately, are coming from *****************. At least we ensured all of her defamation was able to be written from the comfort of her home with her perfectly installed AC System keeping her cool. We've documented her scam, our attorneys will take over from here.

    While this company has some very good employees, the company itself *****. The day they were supposed to install unit, no one showed up. No phone call or anything. I had to call them to find out what was going on. Once they actually got started on the install, the guys that were here had to go to ********** and exchange the air handler because the one they had was the wrong size. Was told that they needed to have someone recheck Freon levels because guy who installed unit said he couldnt guarantee it was correct but no one ever rechecked it. The unit keeps freezing up ( first time was 3 months after install). Called three times and no response. 4th time (10 months after) continued to call until I reached a person. Was told when they came out that the air handler coils are compacted and need cleanedwill be $550. Had another company come out with no work being done just to see what they said. Was told Freon is low, no issues with coils. Plus, they had to do another access door for the inside and it looks awful. Told them I wasnt happy with it when it was done, and nothing was done with it. Then, they text and come out to do an inspection for permits, etc for a unit that was installed almost a year ago because we slipped through the cracks. Their website states they will always be on time and not once in my dealings with them have they been on time!!! While the guys who installed the actual unit the first day were great, the rest not so much. Have had nothing but problems since having the unit put in. With the cost of the unit and it just now being at the year **** on installation, there shouldnt have been this many issues. Definitely would not recommend using this company.

    I appreciate you taking the time to leave us feedback! We always give timeframes for arrival, we arrived within that window on the correct day of installation. ********** does not sell air handlers and is not our distributor, so perhaps you misunderstood the installation team. We have pictures from our technician showing an impacted coil, so the other company must not have looked at the coil. Hopefully the other company did NOT add freon (as that is not the refrigerant you have). The permit is part of the process, and we contacted you to try and close it. We also appreciate your positive feedback in regards to our employees and how excellent they were!

    First I want to thank the entire team a special thank you for the amazing work from start to finish. I submitted a request late night I immediately received a response from *******, she scheduled an appointment for the next day. ***** came out give me a quote and explained financing options, introduce me to a funding program that fitted my needs. I requested to have the installation done on a Saturday and they were able to accommodate my request. Promptly the crew arrived early morning and completed the entire installation in less than 4 hours. I must say that they made it really painless for me. Very professional and straightforward. Thank you once again

    I purchased a new home with an old AC system in New Smyrna, Beach Florida. They provided me with a great price on a new inverter system. Installed it the next day. I love the new inverter system. My house is humidity free with a lot less of a power bill. Professional from the first phone call and through the entire process!

    I called for service on a $15K unit under warranty, they just charged insurance company $600 and didn’t fix the problem, when calling back to complain a lady calling herself a manager sounded very unprofessional like a child with lots of excuses not to honor their warranty. They cancelled service to my unit and banned me from service. Very unprofessional scammers. Be careful!

    We do not bill insurance companies, so this is completely false. We've submitted this false claim to the BBB. Please submit any documentation showing that our company has billed any insurance company, because we have not had any insurance claims within the last 5 years.

    We will also submit the documentation on our end as to what's voided your warranty with the manufacturer and the absolute filth found in your abused and unmaintained system. Our employees have the upmost respect for all our customers, but being verbally abusive to our staff is not tolerated. We went above and beyond for you, it's unfortunate that you've now resorted to this. Give us a call when your roach infestation is fumigated.
