    I paid half the quoted service when the 1st half of the job was completed. Wayne requested the remaining balance before the rest of the job had been started. When I explained I had the cash available and would meet him with payment as soon as it was complete, he cancelled the job. I have open floors, my family can’t live in the home, additional contractors already scheduled are now having to be pushed out. He is not taking my calls any longer. I am now going to be out of my home at least an additional month while I wait for the contractors to have availability on the schedules and I don’t know when I can get someone to finish the job I already paid half of.

    Most of what she is saying is true, but now that I remember she got her ex husband involved and he was going to get an Attorney involved, that's when I realized it would be best to step away from this whole mess.

    I did the work that she paid me for and was completely satisfied and was amazed at how fast we got it done since she was having trouble with the Contractor before me. So when I had the Concrete ordered and even had the Concrete Pump in front of her house, she still insisted on not paying me until after the Concrete was pumped and I canceled the Concrete delivery. Then, it was either her or her ex-husband who insisted on a refund, for what??? My work that I did was inspected by the Inspector and passed, that was the only way we could proceed. We did everything right but she wouldn't meet with a check to pay for the Concrete and insisted on paying me cash after the job was finished. Now that all this is coming back to me, I even offered to meet me at her house which is where we were going to pump the Concrete so she could pay me with the cash but she said she couldn't make that and she would meet that evening and that was when I got ***** that she would pay me with all her other personal problems. I only wish the best for her and hope she is back in her house with the children.
