  Should be called Bobby’s A to B since they are about 24 letters short like their service. Rude receptionist for starters, 30 day turn around time to tell me my 1 year old trimmer needed repairs in excess of the new price, and a disassembled tool when I came to pick it up. By the way the $30+ dollars to “diagnose” the trimmer was a rip off.

  1. Bad and dishonest customer service :
  Front desk lady said that they will call me with estimate when they get to it, and I called after few days her answer “we call you” in rude manner, in another words, don’t bother us by calling again.
  After a couple of days called on status, told her not to bother if they didn’t do any and I’ll come to pick it up. Then guy which I believe the owner came on the phone with loud voice saying “you can come and pick it up but you have to pay for labor without repair!!” in a very rude manner. I told him okay finish the work.
  2. Job wasn’t done properly:
  Mower wasn’t really repaired when I picked it up, was making the same clicking sound while running!!
  They tried to convince me that clicking sound is normal for that mower!!
  And its running better, in fact its NOT, then they said “if you want to run better the you need to replace the carburetor!!!
  3. Over charged
  They charge me for $10 for shop supplies /oil disposal and mower had oil and gas!!
  Labor rate $95 per hour as if I’m repairing mower at car dealer
  All what they have done is replacing S. plug, adjusting valves
  My recommendation is thing twice before taking your equipment to that place.
  I’m praying for God to forgive them for their unfair dishonest treatment that I have received and to straighten their way of running the business.

  We replace the spark plug . cleaned the fuel system, and adjusted the valves. The shop supplies/oil disposal is charged to cover the disposal of oil and gas as well as other shop tools and shop towels that were used to your mower. We told you that we would call you if the amount was over $150.00 and yours was not over that so we fixed it, as far as the labor rate we are in line with all other shops if not less. We were not rude to you we simply told you that if you didn't want to wait for us to finish the job you could pick it up as it was but that you'd still have to pay for the services already completed. No one works for free we have overhead and employees just like any other business we do the best we can to make sure all of our customers are taken care of in the fastest manner possible. We also have several signs in the office that explain our company policy about being called with an estimate. No one ever told you that you'd have to pay labor without repair that is simply not true. We are praying that you will stop sending out false information about us as well as our business as that is not right or fair.
