    On July 24, 2023 I purchased 2 golf cart batteries from ***** at Golf Cart Bazaar, ***************************************. The next day I contacted him regarding the batteries not holding a charge and he recommended I give them more time to charge. I did so and they seem to come up to the proper level and I left it at that. I checked again over a period of a few months and they were not performing as they should. Before the year warranty was up, on June 18, 2024 I contacted ***** who said he was only the middle man and couldnt do anything about it. I contacted the factory who said my seller should handle it, but they could sell me 2 new batteries if desired. I then contacted ***** again and related this info with no results. At this point ***** is not responding anymore, probably hoping this will just go away. I am quite inconvenienced by this, not to mention the additional expense of having to get new batteries. Please bring this to his attention and let me know what transpires. I am enclosing some messages and texts that we exchanged. Thank you.

    Customer bought USED batteries. The customer needs to reach out to the manufacturer as thats how warranties work with batteries I as stated am a 3rd partyI never stated in verbal or physical that I personally have warranty abilities on the batteries.

    I am simply desiring ***** to "take care of the situation" as he stated on Aug 1, 2023. If it was the manufacturer's responsibility, he should of said so at the time. He didn't, and indicated that he would handle it. Even the manufacturer said to go back to my seller. It really seems fairly clear as to the solution.

    Where exactly and who exactly told you to go back to the seller ? Please send over there number and address so I can contact. Also as stated you have no paper document for a warranty on used batteries I am sure because I dont give any warranty on used parts. I hope this helps

    The factory, Extreme Batteries in ******** said to go back to the seller, not-withstanding your own written words (see messaging docs pdf, Aug 1, 2023 message) stating you would take care of the problem. The issue is not about the "warranty" so to speak, just about you keeping your word.

    The business has not made a good faith effort to address the issue. All the conversations have been about avoiding resposibility. My complaint is based on the owners word that he would take care of the problem, (pic enclosed) and he has not. Please note his response is and has been unsatisfactory.

    I contacted Golf Cart Bazaar LLC to repair my golf cart at my home address in ******. The business sent a man named ***** to fix the cart on March 23, 2024. ***** came over and looked over the cart and diagnosed that it needed a new voltage regulator and the part would need to be ordered and he would have to come back. I contacted the owner and I agreed to pay for the part up front along with the service charge for the technician. After multiple texts the owner got back to me on March 30 and said that he was out of town and had to fire the technician, *****, that had originally come out to my address. I sent multiple texts to the owner with the last one being April 18, 2024, asking when someone would be by to fix the cart and install the part I ordered through his company. I asked for refund on a refund on April 23, 2024 and the owner got back to me and said he would refund me the cost of the voltage regulator, $39.99 within two weeks. My last text to the owner was on May 17, 2024 and no refund has been received as of this date and no further messages back from the owner either.
