    I placed an order with BWE Firearms on 05/07/2021 for a total of $128.84 (order #****). I emailed *****************************, from BWE, eight times from October of 2021 until August of 2022 asking for an update on the order. I never received a reply from *******, and never received the parts I ordered. I asked for a refund in August 2022. Again, I never heard heard back from *******.

    First sorry for not responding sooner I have been dealing with Stage 4 Metastatic ***** Cancer for the last two years and the death of my wife last March. Because of this I have not had the strength to work full force in the shop and shipping has suffered. I am hoping to be able to put more energy into the shop after the new year. All of this I keep updated on all my social media.

    I have only received three emails from the customer of which I answered two. I never received a request to cancel the order which I will do now. There is no refund do as we do not charge the customers credit card until we are ready to ship the order. When the order is placed online only an authorization is placed on the card which is removed after 2-3 days, the card is not charged.

    First off... My sincere condolences. If I knew what ******* was dealing with, I would have never filed a complaint. I do not have a social media account, other than LinkedIn, and I don't keep up with it.

    I will say that the only reply email I received was a couple days after the order, when I inquired about some SA FCG parts that weren't listed on the website. He replied that there were no plans to make any. This being the only reply, makes sense after hearing what he's gone through.

    I assumed my account was charged at the time the order was placed. I tried looking up charges from my bank account from 05/21 (before I contacted the BBB), but couldn't access them. If possible, please remove my complaint from the BBB entirely. I have ordered parts from ************************* to this (2019 or 2020), without issues and work quality was outstanding.
