      Lawn Makers have been contracted to work for our newly established townhomes community, Prairie Meadows, since January 1, 2023. They spent over 2.5 months to install a new controller system to control all sprinkler zones in our community which has 78 plats. We only have 1 amenity which is a kid lot and pay a hefty amount in HOA fee. I found out recently that they charged an astronomical price ($42,000) which $21,000 is for labor cost. This does not include the high annual cost for our lawn and irrigation maintenance, ferritization and pesticide service. And on top, they keep ripping us off by not fixing the issues and continue to cause more damage than repair. With that high cost, our community doesn't receive quality services. For example, we witnessed them sitting in their trailer vehicle for hours at a time, mow without the blade on, weed whacking but weeds are not whacked, edging and doesn't do a thorough debris clean up. In addition, during the period they installed the new system controller, they left (on multiple of occasions which have been reported) holes open unattended over days to weekends to weeks without cautious tape, even now that their installation work has been confirmed to be completed since March 31st (not sure how accurately or correctly it is) but they left sprinkler system covers upside down and not tightly close to avoid damage to the wiring underneath. Also, they still have holes dug up by their team left open. We have multiple sink holes in our areas and they keep covering up and they keep re-appearing. This tells me that they don't know what they are doing and know how to properly assess the issues. After the 3rd time the hole is re-appeared, they now said it's due to a broken pipe underground. Anyone with a common sense would have guessed that and assess it to confirm in order to property repair it correctly. Overall, their workmanship and professional is not PAR. BE EXTREMELY CAUTIOUS when hiring this company.
