      This company caters to it's customers' Board of Directors, however it doesn't care about the individual owners. I have $1.1 million contract that is crashing because the building manager, ******* **********, won't even respond to buyer's request for their lender required "Condo Questionnaire" that only the management company can provide! She is the building manager for Sentry and doesn't even return calls or emails! If your *** is considering Sentry as a management company, BEWARE! Since their lack of responsiveness is the only reason my sales contract is failing, I am filing a complaint with the ****************************. Every other management company is supports these "Condo Questionnaires" and just charges a fee for completion. I don't care about any fee!

      As a member of an HOA BOD, I have had the pleasure of working the Sentry Management for more than 10 years. We previously had *** ***** and now have ***** ********* as our communitys property manager. They have always been incredibly knowledgeable about our community and industry, and have done an excellent job of advising our BOD. Especially when we have a major decision to make regarding the community. When an issue arises, (internal or external), Sentry Management, ***** specifically, works expeditiously to bring us to a resolution. If your neighborhood is considering a change, or looking for an HOA/condo property management company, I highly recommend the ************** of Sentry Management.

      After reporting violations to ********************, this company has blocked my access to their online portal, prohibiting me from making my monthly *** **** payment. I have reported this abuse of power to the local news.

      Zero stars would be a better fit. Sentry Management has been barely responsive and will not take ownership or responsibility for any issues. It is a game of I'll report it, they'll report it, nobody will let you know what the status is. Wait 3 weeks, report it again if not resolved, repeat if necessary. How can the BBB give this kind of service an A+ rating. They are failing in almost every review I find. I found all bad reviews since 2022. Please look into this, I used to believe in the BBB but wondering if there is even a point to having a BBB.

      I've had a great experience with Sentry Management. I worked at different properties and from the start, their team has been professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with. The staff was always courteous and respectful. The property itself was well-maintained, and I always felt that my concerns were taken seriously. It's clear they care about both the condition of the property and the satisfaction of their occupants. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable property management.

      We are a small complex here in ************* but with all the challenges of the larger neighboring associations. We are very fortunate to have Sentry ***************** and ******* C as our CAM to be an effective board. Sentry and ******* C continually guide and coach us so that we maintain compliance which allows us to be an effective board. We appreciate their dedication and assistance. **** *.

      Zo with Sentry management was incredibly helpful and very responsive when I had a ceiling leak that needed repair. He helped coordinate all of the repairs that were done and kept me updated throughout the whole process. 5 stars!
