    Dixie Shower Doors needs to resolve the problems with the installation of my shower door and glass wall once and for all. The crew that you originally sent out to install my door and wall were not professional or competent and are not allowed on my property again. You sent a crew out that did not know basic math and that could not accomplish basic math measuring tasks. I paid around $2000 for this job and at the end of the day, you could not send out a crew that knew basic 4th grade math to do basic measuring. Your installer drilled holes in the wrong place in my freshly installed tile and just left them there and did not even tell me about them and left the job without telling me that he made this mistake --- for me to find after he left. I turned this problem in. It has never been fixed. Your installer was so unethical that he did not tell me that he had made a mistake and that he had drilled extra holes in brand new tile in the wrong places because he did not measure correctly. In addition, the slider doors are crooked on the step. They are not straight across the step because he measured wrong. And, I do not know how you are going to fix this screwed up installation. In addition, you gave me doors that have handles on them that have very easy to break clear plastic pieces holding them together and on to the doors. Your company did not tell me you were doing this with the handles, towel holders in advance. They do NOT hold up and are not durable in any way, shape, or form. I am going to need a supply of these plastic pieces that hold the handle towel bar rails on to the doors. I do not know what you are going to do about the extra holes. No solution has been presented to me by your company ever. You need to call me to schedule an appointment for a SUPERVISOR to look at this job and determine the solutions.
