      0* Then for the next almost 3 weeks it was Refresh Computers blaming the software people and the software people blaming the computer. It was the software company that made the effort and logged into the computer. Sure enough the computer crashed. Drove back to Refresh and they diagnosed that the hard drive was bad. Turned out to be the hard drive also. After me hard drive was cloned the person who was he/lping me must have forgot about it. He waited on others that came in the store and when he wasn't waiting on anyone I thought he would notice that my hard drive waiting for him to install it. When he started walking away I had to leave the store and take a walk. When I returned the computer was done. I took it home. Then around the middle of May it crashed again. I then decided I had made enough 80 mile round trips Refresh Computers. I received a ******* text message from Mr ************************* offering to send someone to pick up the computer and repair it and return it to me. When I finished filing the sales taxe returns I notified ***************** that they could come pick up the computer and try to repair it again. His response this time was "We will be happy to pick it up if you wast us to. If you do not want us to that's OK, also. We stand behind everything we sell. If there is no need to pick it up then we will not come pick it up. Just let me know."I responed "There is a need, the computer crashed again. Come pick it up if you want th try to repair again."His response " I want to be perfectly clear. Do you eant us to pick it up and repair it and bring it back to you? Or are you just going to use the new computer you purchaed? If yuou do not want us to bring it back to you please let me know that you do not want to bring it back to you Either way is OK with me. Im just want to be perfectly clear. Also we will not be reselling that computer because we stopped selling that model a few months ago. We will just recycleing it if you do not want it back.

      We've been in business for 24+ years for good reason. We always take care of the customer. You did not include the fact you indicated you purchased a new computer and are "up and running", which is why it was unclear to me if you wanted us to take another look at the $99 computer you purchased from us. My offer still stands - Please let us know exactly what you want and we will take care of it for you. If you want us to pick up the computer you purchased from us so we can see what is going on with it, I am happy to do so and return it back to you free of charge. I honestly don't know what else I can say or do to make you happy.
