    On multiple occasions I have gone to the Wendy's store location: ********************************************************************. The previous 3 times I have encountered a very angry, disrespectful employee that acts as though she is going to take my order but then becomes extremely hostile.( Last time being 1/19/2023) I refuse to eat at Wendy's now out of fear that the employee there will tamper with my food. I have called into the store location in an attempt to collect information on the female employee to report to wendy's corporate but they all seem to disregard the matter and or hang up on me. I called into corporate and reported the matter and was told that A district manager would reach out to me about the matter and I have yet to hear anything from anyone. I am seeking a resolution for this not only the female employee but also the entire store. They all seem to have the same issue and something needs to be done. In the past when i ordered food the bread would be hard, fries would be cold, and when coming in to ask for something fresh the employees become hostile. This has gone on at this store for too long.
