    I ordered three music players on November 29, 2024. The players have never worked correctly. I have emailed support several times, and each time I am given a runaround. Each player has to be plugged in, which was not portrayed on the website as they were sold as being portable music players. One shuts off after playing 5 minutes, and the other ones have a buzzing sound present. I have completed the multiple troubleshooting suggestions, but these are not my products, and they should be troubleshooting them. I paid for a product I have not been able to use.

    We strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Allow me to address the concerns:

    Portability of Music Players
    We have some Music Players that include an internal battery and some that do not. It is clear on our website: "Power Source Required: No Internal Battery" for the Nature and Meditation speakers. The Classic speaker does include a rechargeable battery and is higher in price because of the battery.

    Technical Issues
    As we have an extremely low defect rate on the speakers, we ask customers to try a few troubleshooting suggestions to determine if the speaker is defective. Usually the problem is as simple as resetting the ** card because they can shift during shipping. We try to remain ecologically responsible by doing simple troubleshooting before reshipping an item and junking inventory that is not defective. If the unit is determined to be defective, we are happy to send a replacement and only ask that the customer "recycle" the defective unit or we will refund if the customer does not want a replacement.

    Our goal is to ensure customers fully enjoy the benefits of their purchase. We are happy to continue with the troubleshooting and either refund or replace any defective speakers the customer has purchased.
