    On June 24, I received a damage package. It was tracked and insured by the sender/company. The jar of Activated Gold Sea **** Gel was completely broken open. I took photos and sent them to the sender/company asking for a new jar or a refund of $60. He finally emailed me back on Wednesday, 3 July, stating they do not resend items if the postal service breaks it in transit. Sorry we cannot help you with this regard." I did contact the postal service they said because he insured the package to contact the sender. The jar was not packed and secured properly. If you are going to send a breakable item from ******* to **********, you need to pack it and secure it properly. He should know it is going to be bounced around during delivery. Why would he insure the package and not accommodate the customer and provide a refund OR a new jar? Poor customer service especially for the prices! I will not be purchasing from this company again, if they don't resolve this. I should not be out $60 for purchasing this product.
