    I placed an online order # ***** at the Vandaman.com for twelve Vanda orchid plants on May 9, 2023. The order total was $386.10 +$126.14 shipping for a total of $512.24. The order was shipped ***** and slated to arrive May 30, 2023 at my residence, *************************************************************. The order was never delivered. I notified R&R orchids on June 2, 2023 and they filed a claim with ***** for a lost package, but stated the dollar amount of the package incorrectly at $386.20. ***** refunded $226.14 only. I maintain that Vandaman is responsible for their relationship with ***** and should be able to pursue ***** for the total dollar amount lost of $512.24. The consumer should not have to absorb a loss that was not their fault. The Vandaman is refusing to refund the difference of $286.10 even though I have repeatedly said Ill accept the difference in merchandise credit.

    Please see attached receipt confirming the full amount of the refund for $512.24 dated May 9, 2023.  *************** is obviously running some sort of a scam or trying to tarnish my business' impecable reputation.  *************** accepted the terms and conditions on my website, which clearly states that we are not liable for any loss or damage in shipping. However, in the spirit of good customer service we issued her a complete refund as evidenced by the attached receipt.  Please remove me from any list that you may have that casts a negative light on my company immediately.  You may email me at ************************************ once you have satisfactorily resolved this issue with ***************. Since it is obvious *************** is a scammer, I highly suggest you do not accept any complaints from her in the future.
