I contacted the company Universal Tree Farm on November 28th 2022 in order to purchase 1 ********* palm (3 feet tall) from them. I had previously purchased 7 Sylvesters palms from them 4 years ago.I spoke with *********************, the wife of the companys owner *****************, the person who does the sales and installation. She said they will install the on Dec 10th 2022 When ***************** came that day they were installing the palm and I noticed some branches were very dry. He said it was normal because of the cold weather and that it would improve the in the next couple of days. So I paid him $400 with a check and he left. For the next couple of days I saw the palm getting worse and worse, I took pictures and sent them to *********************, and I also called her. She saw the pictures and recognized the palm was in really bad shape and told me she was gonna replace it for a new one. I called both of them several times to arrange the exchange date, but none of them answered my calls or texts. I tried calling them from a friends phone and ****** answered. She was very shocked to hear my voice and again affirmed that they were gonna replaced the palm.Days have gone by and I have yet to hear from them and again they are refusing to answer my calls and texts. Please help me resolve this problem. This company is acting in a very very unprofessional way and has no regards for customer service.I am attaching the texts with *********************.. since Dec 15 to dec 22nd Thanks
