    I am rejecting this response because:


    Yes, the system was installed in 2010, at this time the air handler was supposed to have been removed. It wasn't until this year when I was having my drier vents cleaned, that I was told the air handler was still there.

    The maintenance of the ** Unit has nothing to do with the deception of this company,  for not removing the air handler at the time of  the instillation. My Unit was maintained by a home warrantee agreement, not that it matters, in this case.

    Regarding the options they suggested, As I told them before,  neither option is acceptable. My ** Unit is running fine and does not need to be replaced. If it did, this would be last company I would trust to do the work. They have already proven that they are deceptive and cannot be trusted. Why should I have to pay them for something they should have done 10 years ago?

     I want this air handler removed  now, and  I'm not willing to pay this crooked company one dime. The suggestion that  they can install a new unit and remove both air handlers at the same time, 
    "Which would save time and money" is ridiculous. Who would it save money? Not me, why would I replace a perfectly good ** Unit?

    These type of people should not be in business and need to be exposed for the crooks they are. No telling how many other people they have done this to because "its in a tight space."

    d me I had two options. 1. Pay the $2,670 to have the work done or 2.Wait until the unit needed to be replaced and have the two air handlers removed at the same time.I told her both options were unacceptable. She said she would speak to the owners to see if they would reduce the fee. I told her I did not intend to pay for something the should have done when they installed the unit and I would report this to the BBB and ABC Action News.I have not heard back from her since that day. I called and left a message for her this morning, but have not received a call back.This company should not be allowed to get away with this. I am sure there may be others that they have done this to, and they should be punished.Thank You.******** T *******

    We installed this system in 2010, 14 years ago. There was no record of her system being maintained, only the one visit for a clogged drain line in 2013.

    Since the air handler is in a tight space, we went over options:

    - we can remove the air handler at cost

    - leave the air handler

    - we can install a new system and can take out both air handlers at the same time, which would save time and money.
