    For Christmas, my husband gave me a $60.00 gift card. I added it to my account and then made only 1 purchase on Jan 28 for $18.38, receipt #dn2N8Jmnpw Today I logged into my account and have $0.00 on my gift card when there should still be *****.

    We ordered a dozen cookies from the website on 7/8/22. They arrived today on 7/12/22. The cookies were absolutely stale even after following heating instruction. Three of us tried them and none of us could finish our cookie because they were obviously outdated. (We each had a different flavor so it obviously wasn't just a single odd ball). I attempted to reach out to customer service on the website and was given a mobile phone with the instructions to "text" them. The agent that I was told to text would not help me at all in the matter. Customer service lied and said they are baked fresh before shipping. We spent $60 on stale cookies and want our money back!
