    I have had pretty much the same experience as the one other review. Trying to contact them to cancel the subscription has so far been very difficult and I am now in the process of disputing their last charge on a card that I thought I had removed from the billing info on our account. We switched to Checkr last February and this last charge came from out of the blue, without the courtesy of a billing notice, plus the price was increased by $26.

    Be aware that PMM will require a credit card be kept on file and will auto renew your annual subscription with no courtesy reminder email of upcoming renewal. If you want to end your subscription it must be done with 14 advance notice (the kind of notice they DON'T give their customers) and no refunds or prorating of the annual $325 fee will be given. Period.
