    I recently installed Aluminum fence and gate around my property in ******************* through New Tampa Fence. Date of installation was Sep 7th 2024. I paid close to $5000 for the fence installation. After the recent storm, noticed that one of the bars in the gate is broken and informed New Tampa Fence to fix it as it is under warranty. New Tampa wants to charge me now for a recently installed fence/gate and refuses to take care of the issue from their end. They do not stand behind their product. The fence is flimsy and gets easily broken. This is very shocking and unexpected behavior from a professional vendor. I am very sorry I did business with them.

    I am sorry but this review is not warranted. Yes, we installed your fence around a month ago. You send me an email message right after the hurricane with the subject line HURRICANE DAMAGE. I have pictures that you sent showing that one of the aluminum pickets had been damaged during the storm. This is not a warranty issue. That damaged was caused by an act of nature or by some other reason not a defect of the materials or installation. So we sent you an estimate for $100 to come and replace the damaged picket. So, all the stated complaint above is false and has not warrant. PLEASE REMOVE.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Hi *****..I see you want me to remove my comments / feedback..but until I get an amicable resolution, I cannot take down my feedback which is perfectly valid..charging $150 to fix is outrageous when I have just spent over $5 K for fence..you need to understand this..I am a single widow/mom and few weeks after installation, gate is breaking. You say you offer 10 year warranty on your website ..what kind of support are you providing for this issue?

    Your invoice says $150 (attached), you are saying $100 which is still a high number to replace picket for a fence installed just recently.

    I do think you should talk to your manufacturer as well on this and get it replaced for me without a charge.
