      Alpine Van Lines /Sunrise Van Lines, president Yaron M. owes me money for most of my furniture damaged and and several losses. I was quoted $6000. For a move from CO to TX and charged nearly $10000. I completed a claim for the heavy damages and losses but have not received any money. The claim paperwork says by law they don’t have to pay me. Makes no sense. Mr. M. took my good out of storage in CO and sent them to a storage facility in TX without my consent. He made me send $2000 by Zelle before I could receive my hh goods.

      My furniture should have been delivered Jun 22. Alpine Van Lines had "up to" 21 days, from first available delivery date, to deliver my furniture from Denver, CO to Rapid City, SD. At 20 days I was finally able to connect with ***** and was told that I had never confirmed first available delivery date or address. I was able to provide the original email that I had sent with that information from the day they picked up my furniture. I was then told that they would see what they could do after Jul 4th. I called several times in the week after the 4th and left messages. I finally got in touch with ***** again was told that he had a truck coming my way soon. Finally, on Jul 19 he called and said it would be delivered by noon the next day. I drove from Black Forest, Co to Rapid City for the delivery. 1 came the next day and no delivery, no phone call. I called ***** and was told the driver had not felt well the night before and was told to rest, they would be there Tuesday. No show again. Received call ~7pm and they would not be in Rapid until 9:30pm. Set up delivery for 8 am next morning, no show. i called them at 9 and the driver had overslept, didn't show up until 10. They will not start unloading until they get paid in cash or cashier check. I ran to back, came back and they were sitting in truck smoking pot. Unloaded and items were damaged and missing. They would check Denver warehouse for missing items and call me...no call.
