    I have been a customer of theirs since **** and I don't even know why I stayed with them for so long since they could care less about their customers. Back in December 2022, their driver ran their big tank truck over the newly installed edging of our flower bed and damaged it. I was home at the time and witnessed the incident and the driver doing it. I called and sent emails with pictures explaining what happened to **** and **** *****, and they supposedly passed it on to their General manager and owner named ****. It is now the end of March ********************************************* Not only that but they have the nerve to try and bill me for 3 months of service in the meantime! I called again and explained to them that they will not be paid until they fix the damages that their driver caused at our property. And again, **** said that she will give **** the message. These people are the worse and I will be taking my business elsewhere. They clearly do not value their customers much less their longtime customers. There are so many other propane companies out there that we can choose from and it is too bad that they don't care about losing clients.

    Please note that our General Manager has spoken to our Customer and he has her on the schedule to replace the one broken paver and the decorative small fence around the border. It took some time trying to locate and match her paver, we explained that to her and we apologized for any inconvenience this may have caused her.
