    On 10/31/23 I order $60 worth of pizzas for a gathering that I was having. The pizzas were ordered early and was told they would arrive within an hour. When we did not receive them we began calling the location with no answer to the calls. The pizzas finally arrived 3 1/2 hours late when all guests had left. We were then left with all this pizza. When I contacted management they said they would refund the cost. After a week or so, I never got the credit so I called again. they assured me that it would be credited. this went on for two more call in the weeks to come. As of today, Still do not have the credit.

    I see the delivery was late due and will be reaching out to the customer by phone today. We cannot offer a refund but will offer a store credit for her to use on her future orders.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    When I talked to the restaurant on three different occasions, they said they would credit my credit card for the amount of the order. There was no mention of a store credit to be used later.

    08/18/2023 Marco's Pizza, **************************************************************** ************ Requested refund for order cancelled in the amount of $21.34.I would like my refund of $21.34.Contacting the store has not resolved this issue even though I have ******************* number.

    I submitted a complaint on 9/08/2023 on Marco's Pizza in ****, ** due to failure to credit a cancelled order.
    I finally received a credit from Marco's Pizza on 9/10/2023 for $21.34.
    Thank you so very much for assisting in this credit.
