    I reach out to this company after the water heater at a new house we had just purchased was not heating at all, their tech came out and the first thing he said was there is your problem. The house had a hybrid water heater which the tech said was "junk" and I will continue to have issues with and my best course of action was to replace it, he send me a quote and we proceeded with the replacement. After the new water heater was replaced the breaker kept jumping while it was running so they send an electrician to replace the breaker and everything seemed fine until we got the electricity bill. The first bill after this repair was just over $800 and my most recent was almost $1100, after reaching out to TECO and having an inspector come out they said it was the water heater that was pulling more electricity than the whole rest of the house. I called an electrician and they explain to me that I had a commercial water heater that runs on 277 kw when my house is wired for 240, I reach out to the plumbing company hope we can find a resolution to replace the water heater and it took ***** the service manager 4 days to call me back. After speaking with him he gave me his "word" he would call me back the next day with come sort of resolution and now won't answer my call. I think they saw an opportunity to make money and took advantage of my lack of knowledge.
