      After researching Auto Glass replacement, I came across GT Auto Glass. On the reviews alone, I decided to contact the Owner to have my windshield replaced. He responded very quickly and kept me updated. He was on time and was genuinely very nice and informative of the whole process. He guaranteed his work and gave me his card. He informed me that if I had any problems, to be sure to contact him. After a few weeks, my husband drove my car and noticed a warble in the glass. I didn't notice right off because I'm shorter than he is. I contact the Owner of GT Auto Glass and he responded very quickly to my dilemma. He explained that the glass must have been defective and came out right away to check it out. He noted the warble right off and said it does happen from time to time. He said he would order another glass and as soon as it came in, he would replace it, no charge. I felt bad because I felt he would be left hanging with the expense, but he assured me that the manufacturer, 9 times out of 10 would reimburse him. He told me not to worry about it. When the glass came in, he called and we got it scheduled. I would use this company again, and I will be sure to let anyone I know, to contact him if they need a windshield replaced.
