    Beware Purchased a hat from this business, it arrived, didn't fit.Phoned the company to ask if I could return it for exchange, they said 'sure', so sent it back at my expense.Then they said they would send the replacement and charge me $70 for shipping.Phoned them, said that I'd like a refund instead, they said 'sure'. I ordered the same item from another seller (with $5 shipping), and they Greek Market emailed me back saying they weren't going to refund my money.I ordered this item through ***** but because it's now longer than 90 days **** won't resolve the issue, and I'm unable to leave feedback on this seller.Worst experience ever with an online seller.

    I'm sorry, Mr. ********** but **** does not allow refunds after 90 days. We have never had a customer who purchased on **** request a refund so long after their purchase, so we were unaware of this constraint.We offered a store credit, but you denied this offer, so we had no options to serve you.

    When I spoke with you on the telephone, I indicated that the hat I received didn't fit, but because of the postal strike, it arrived after I left on a lengthy vacation and I only saw it after I arrived home. You indicated that it was no problem, that I should send the hat back for exchange, which I did (at my expense). After you received it, you said that the shipping charges for the replacement hat would be SEVENTY DOLLARS!! It had cost me FIFTEEN DOLLARS to send the hat back to you - THIS SHIPPING CHARGE IS RIDICULOUS, I can (and did) buy the same hat with shipping from another supplier for less than seventy dollars.If the shipping charge for the replacement was going to be so exorbitantly high (and so much more than the original shipping charge), you should have told me on the phone and I wouldn't have bothered shipping it back - SAVED MYSELF 15 BUCKS AND STILL HAD THE **** WHICH I COULD HAVE SOLD OR GIVEN AWAY TO ********** it is, I'm out the original price of the hat plus shipping charges x 2, and I don't have a hat. Yes, I feel ripped off.eBay doesn't allow refunds? An honorable business would give me my money back - if not through ****, through some other way.
