      Called company on Thursday .leak in water heater hose/pipe. They replaced it it. (I am out of state.. and rely on others to help me). My son came Saturday and said there's no hot water. I called and they could not schedule an appointment until Monday Between 3 and 6 PM.... I called another company they came out and the problem was that advanced air FAILED TO TURN THE UNIT BACK ON. I cannot get a manager to call me back. I am very displeased with their lack of concern or the fact that they did not consider this an emergency and come out right away.. We were without water for 5 days

      To whom it may concern
      I called Advanced Air for not cooling issues at ******************************, Florida during 8/21/2020 to 1/3/2022 for all checkups services and repairs, including 3 services calls, 1 rewiring and 2 preventative services total $492 ($95+49+49+149+150). Every time when technician came we mentioned the condensing unit was not blowing warm air, but the answer was "That's normal". Last schedule for the 2nd preventive service on 1/3/2022, when I arrived the technician was in car and wa about leaving the scene. I asked how the service done so quickly, he said because he arrived early and got the service done, without giving any checklist sheet or report he then left.

      On 5/20/22 , after last preventive or maintenance service done in January, there was a severe clog and leak that damaged the ceiling and sofa. I called another AC company for checkups and repairs. The AC company's invoice states "cleaned and flush condensate, relocated the wire at air handler and sealed the holes (due to missing panels at air handler) " and charged $175. But above services or repairs should be done and notified during Advanced care for they are listed on the service checklist (see attached same for its checkup list), not the other company.

      Due to such improper care or repetitive neglect had not only caused the AC system working harder and paid higher or more bills, but also caused more tear and wear to the AC system, as well as such damages to the ceiling and sofa. Thus, Advanced shall refund $667 ($492 + $175).

      On July 1 and 7/2022 when I called and asked for refunds due to improper care or neglective work, but I was refused and threatened by manager Charlie on 7/7 saying I owe $700+ bills because I'd never paid for such services. He also said Tasha would call for the fees. On 7/12 received message from Tasha to return her call. I didn't call right away because need to focus on writing my complaints. I talked to Tasha on 7/22, and office manage Dawn about it on 7/25, but Tasha said no words and Dawn said would let Charlie talk to me about this matter, but no calls from him till now.

      This complaint is a follow up to a prior complaint that was closed. I have several documents that entails that the company is in breach of contract. The company failed their inspection with the city of Orlando three times. They finally passed the inspection one week ago and since have not followed through with the agreement. Management agreed to refund me $8000.00 once the inspection is clear. Now, that they have passed, no one has called on emailed . I have a list of issues:
      1. They started work on 3/17 installing 6 mini splits and 2 condensers.
      2. They never pulled permits until 4/12 after I asked for the permits.
      3. One of the units were leaking 24 hrs after installation because the drain was tilted wrong. I have a video showing that.
      4. On Easter Sunday, a technician came out to my home and found multiple leaks and oil at the condenser head. Plus , there was no Freon in the condenser. Half of my new units were frozen.
      5. Management refused to send a tech out to repair the new units and in the meantime, I had to use my window units.
      6. They have 3 failed inspections post installation.
      7. I along with the City of Orlando have requested the serial numbers and model numbers and they have yet to produce.

      8. I am supposed to have a ten year warranty, but I can't register my units because they refuse to give myself or the city the information.

      9. I was given a choice for a refund of all of my money, but they will not repair any of the damage that is left behind with taking out. So, I was offered 8000.00 to keep the units.

      10. They were supposed to remove all window units, they didn't.

      11. They were supposed to provide me with a duct cleaning for my attic. They didn't do it.

      So, now that they have finally passed their inspection, I want my partial refund and to be done with them.
